From 2nd to 6th October 2023, we got to celebrate our customers during the annual Customer Service Week. This initiative was championed by Institute of Customer Experience (ICX Kenya) in collaboration with Kenya Bankers Association (KBA).
This year’s theme was ‘team service’ and served as an important reminder that no matter where frontline service teams are working, what their job titles are, or how they serve customers, everyone is on the same team.
We celebrated our customers with loads of exciting activities and gifts for customers in the branches and also staff. This was a moment to appreciate our customers for always supporting us and celebrate them for their continued business support.
The Bank also got to receive feedback from our customers on how we can make their banking experience better through the 2023 Banking Industry Customer Satisfaction Survey that is conducted by the Kenya Bankers Association (KBA).
