ABC Bank is keeping true to our mission to empower our customers to achieve the extraordinary by financing agribusinesses. The Bank was recently appreciated by the USAID and Palladium Kenya for being a financial partner in the Kenya Investment Mechanism (KIM), a 5 year project which recently came to an end, where we financed agribusiness enterprises up to a tune of USD 3.1 million.
“Through the project, the Bank financed our SME and Corporate customers in the agriculture sector across 17 counties in Kenya. The project was a success as it improved the lives of farmers, Bank staff were trained on agribusiness credit financing and it generated revenue for the Bank,” said Agri-business Relationship Manager, John Ndonga, who was handling the project.
