ABC Bank was recognized as the Best Bank in Tier 3 Banks – 1st place in the 2022 Banking Industry Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted by Kenya Bankers Association (KBA) which was released on 1st March 2023 during a ceremony held at Sarova Stanley with representatives from the various member banks.
This is the third time we have won the Customer Survey award having been recognized as Best Tier III Bank in Digital experience (winner) in 2021 and 2nd runners up in the same category in 2019.
The survey is part of efforts being spearheaded by Kenya Bankers Association (KBA) towards enhancing customer experience in the banking industry, informing industry strategies towards customer-centrism and ensuring access to financial services for all.
The 2022 survey garnered a high response rate of over 33,000 responses providing invaluable insights that will inform policies towards enhancing financial inclusion for the country’s highly dynamic and diverse banking public.
