From 3rd to 7th October, we celebrated Customer Service Week with our customers. This initiative was championed by Institute of Customer Experience (ICX Kenya) in collaboration with Kenya Bankers Association (KBA). The theme this year was “Sustaining customer inclusion” tagged under our ABC Bank theme “next level digital banking” as we celebrated the launch of our new Internet Banking, ABConnect
We celebrated our customers in style with loads of exciting activities for customers in the branches and also staff. This was a moment to celebrate our customers for their continued support and loyalty over the years through a global pandemic and beyond. We also celebrated the milestones we have achieved as a Bank by being recognized in various awards such as Think Business Awards and Sustainable Financing Awards and launching our new mobile/internet banking platform ABConnect.
It was an opportunity to celebrate what our customers mean to us and appreciate them for journeying with us and being part of the ABC Bank Family. Asanteni sana!
