ABC Bank recognised as the Best Bank in Customer Experience at the Think Business Awards

ABC Bank was named the Best Bank in customer experience in Kenya during the 2026 Think Business Awards ceremony held on 25th April 2026. The Bank also won Best Bank in Internet Banking (1st Runner Up) and Best Bank in Sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility 2nd Runner Up, reaffirming ABC Bank’s commitment to providing customer-centric financial solutions, digital innovations and responsible banking.

Speaking on the awards, ABC Bank Group Managing Director Shamaz Savani said, “Winning the Best Bank in Customer Experience at this year’s Think Business Banking Awards reflects our commitment to building a resilient and customer-centric bank through solutions like ABConnect Internet Banking, mobile banking platform, and impactful Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.

Under the theme “Building strong, well-capitalised and fairly priced banks,” this year’s awards attracted 160 submissions, which were assessed by an expert judge team who observed that the entries reflected stronger digital transformation, capital growth and ESG reporting narratives
