ABC Bank joins ‘Tuma Direct na KSh20’ campaign

ABC Bank customers can now send money to other bank accounts at a lower cost. Transfers below KSh1,000 are free, while transfers from KSh1,000 to KSh999,999 will cost a flat KSh20 (T&Cs apply).

The revised charges are part of the industry-wide “Tuma Direct na KSh20” campaign led by Integrated Payment Services Limited (PesaLink) in collaboration with Kenyan banks. The initiative seeks to make real-time bank-to-bank transfers more affordable and accessible to customers across the country.

Speaking on the campaign, ABC Bank Managing Director Apollo Njoroge said the reduced charges are part of the Bank’s commitment to making everyday banking more convenient and affordable for customers. “By reducing our PesaLink charges, we are making real-time bank-to-bank transfers more affordable and convenient for our customers. We are also pleased to support the industry-wide ‘Tuma Direct na KSh20’ campaign, which is making it easier for Kenyans to move money directly between bank accounts at a simple and affordable cost,” he said.

ABC Bank customers can access PesaLink through ABConnect Mobile Banking and Internet Banking or visit any ABC Bank branch for assistance.
