ABC Bank celebrates a silver jubilee of service and compassion with the Little Sisters of St. Therese

ABC Bank proudly commemorated a significant milestone on July 21, 2024, as our Meru team participated in a Silver Jubilee Thanksgiving event in honour of Sister Mary Agnes Nkatha from the Little Sisters of St. Therese of the Child Jesus monastery. Sister Mary Agnes Nkatha has devoted 25 years of service to the monastery and currently serves as the CEO of St. Theresa Mission Hospital-Kiirua.

Represented by Edwin Kaburia, Operations Manager of ABC Bank Meru Branch, and Peter Gikunda, Relations Manager at ABC Bank Meru Branch, the occasion celebrated Sister Mary Agnes Nkatha’s unwavering commitment and compassionate service while also strengthening our relationship with the Little Sisters of St. Therese.

The Silver Jubilee celebration which brought the local community together, also honoured Sister Mary Agnes Nkatha’s outstanding contributions to St. Theresa Mission Hospital-Kiirua. Under her leadership, the level-5 private hospital has gained recognition for its excellence in maternal and child health, providing exceptional outpatient and inpatient care to the community.

Sister Mary Agnes Nkatha’s 25 years of dedicated service embody the values of compassion and commitment that align closely with ABC Bank’s mission. Her commitment to improving the lives of others mirrors our dedication to serving our clients with integrity and care.
