ABC Bank Invests in Leadership Development to Strengthen Future-Ready Workforce

ABC Bank has continued to invest in the development of its people through a leadership development programme aimed at strengthening leadership capabilities and preparing its workforce for the evolving demands of the banking sector.

The programme, which brought together selected staff from the Bank’s branches and Head Office, provided the participants with practical skills and created an opportunity for the participants to exchange experiences, learn from different perspectives and strengthen collaboration across the organisation.

Speaking on the training, Apollo Njoroge- MD, ABC Bank, said investing in people was an important part of preparing the Bank for the future, saying, “Our people are central to our growth and serving our customers better. The training was therefore about building the confidence, skills and mindset needed to contribute effectively and lead wherever the team are in the organisation.”

The initiative formed part of ABC Bank’s broader commitment to developing its people as part of building a strong and resilient organisation.
